We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rogue Gear Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of new, unused, and resalable products within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and documentation included. Products must also be in new, unused, and resalable condition to be eligible for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address, and the order number that starts with "RGC#". Once we verify your order, we will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in new, unused, and resalable condition, we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost. If the product is defective, we will offer an exchange first, but if the customer prefers a refund, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost.
- Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
If you purchased a Rogue Gear Co product on Amazon and wish to return it, you must process the return through Amazon. Please follow Amazon's instructions for processing returns.
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
